- bookings made via opaque providers ie. a hotel site where the name of the hotel is not provided until after the booking is made.
- rates that are not publicly available ie. corporate or negotiated rates.
How to claim
If you can find a lower qualifying rate for an Amari hotel, within 24 hours of booking - then simply contact us using the "Quick-claim" form and we will investigate.
